الملوخية أكثر من مجرد طبخة عادية…هي أكلة لها تاريخ وقصص وأساطير ودلالات اجتماعية وسياسية. لها طرق تحضير مختلفة في مصر والشام وتونس، وتقاليد مثل “الشهقة” الشهيرة المصاحبة ل “الطشة”. نأكلها كل يوم، وفي المناسبات الخاصة، مثل أول يوم رمضان في بعض المدن، أو للترحيب بالعائدين من السفر.
كيف يمكن للشخص أن يقع في حب الملوخية؟ في هذه الحلقة، نتحدى ٣ من منتجين الشبكة أن يحضروا طبق الملوخية، سعياً وراء لقب “ملك/ة الملوخية.”

Molokhia is more than just a regular dish. It has a fascinating history, stories, and social significance. People prepare it differently in Egypt, Al Sham , and Tunisia, with unique traditions like the famous ‘shahka’ and ‘tasha’. We enjoy it every day and on special occasions, like the first day of Ramadan in some places or to welcome travelers back home.
How can someone fall in love with Molokhia? In this episode, we challenge three of the network’s producers to prepare a Molokhia dish, competing for the title of ‘Molokhia King/Queen’.
