Every day, the Fish ring at Elanfushi in Alexandria, near the Qaitbay citadel, is bustling with fishermen’s boats loaded with different types of fish. Workers quickly unload the fish as soon as the sun rises. The place gets crowded as big merchants set up next to each other, displaying their goods. People looking to sell the fish gather around them to buy fresh fish that they can later sell to eager buyers.
